Start a Structural Conversation

Your AI environment is already taking shape. The question is whether you understand and control it.

If your organization is deploying AI systems, building agents, exposing institutional knowledge to AI, or preparing for broader AI delegation, this is where the conversation starts. I work with organizations that need to understand what AI can see, retrieve, infer and act upon across their digital and knowledge environments.

That may begin with a specific concern:

  • – What information can AI systems currently retrieve about us?
  • – What are our AI agents actually allowed to do?
  • – Where are our exposure and governance gaps?
  • – Can our critical knowledge be reliably understood and retrieved?
  • – Who owns the control layer as AI becomes part of our operations?
  • – What should we measure before expanding AI deployment?

Or you may already know that the organization needs something larger: a knowledge control architecture, an AI governance programme, or continuous institutional intelligence. The starting point does not have to be fully defined. We can establish that together.

What happens next

Every engagement starts with a direct conversation about your environment, not with a predefined sales script. We look at:

The situation – What you are deploying, changing or trying to solve.
The environment – Your systems, knowledge, information structures, agents and organizational context.
The exposure – What AI systems can currently access, retrieve, reconstruct or act upon.
The control gap – Where visibility, governance, ownership or technical control is missing.
The appropriate next step Whether that means an assessment, a larger control programme, continuous intelligence, or simply a clearer understanding of the problem.
If there is no meaningful problem I can help solve, I will tell you that.

Tell me what you are dealing with

You do not need to prepare a formal brief. Tell me what is happening, what concerns you, what you are building, or what you cannot currently see. A few sentences are enough. I will review it and tell you honestly whether I can help, and what I believe the appropriate next step is.

Direct contact

For organizations that prefer to begin with a direct conversation, you can contact me about:
AI knowledge control – Understanding and controlling how organizational knowledge becomes accessible to AI systems.
AI agent governance – Understanding what agents can access, what they can do, and where autonomy creates exposure.
AI visibility and retrieval – Understanding how organizations are represented, interpreted and retrieved across intelligent systems.
AI sovereignty and knowledge infrastructure – Designing greater control over the information and infrastructure on which AI-dependent operations rely.
Institutional AI intelligence – Building continuous monitoring and intelligence capabilities rather than relying on periodic assessments.

With 25+ years of experience across global organizations including Adecco Group and Atlas Copco, he works on designing, diagnosing, and optimizing how complex digital ecosystems are structured, understood, and surfaced by search engines and AI systems.

About the work

I have spent 28 years working on how complex organizations structure, govern and make information visible across large digital environments.

My work has evolved from enterprise search architecture into the broader problem now emerging around AI: what intelligent systems can see, retrieve, understand and act upon, and how organizations retain meaningful control over that relationship.

Today I work independently across AI visibility, knowledge infrastructure, governance, agent exposure and AI sovereignty, supported by proprietary diagnostic systems, research, frameworks and implementation models.

The objective is not to sell another tool. It is to understand the system you are dealing with and build the control layer it actually requires.

Start the conversation

If you already know the problem, tell me what it is.
If you only know that something about your AI environment is not sufficiently visible or controlled, that is enough to start.

Describe the situation. We will determine the next step from there.
